Malzemeler

2 adet Patlican

2 adet Domates

2 adet Yesil Biber

2 dis Sarimsak

Sivi Yag

 

 

HAZIRLANISI

Patlicanlar yikanip alacali soyulur. Patlican, domates ve biber küp küp dogranir.

Tavaya yag konularak kizdirilir. Patlicanlar kizartilir. Fazla yag alinarak biberler hafif kavrulduktan sonra domatesler de ilave edilir.

Patlicanlar, ince ince dogranmis sarimsak ve tuz eklenerek karistirilir. Yarim bardak su ilave edilerek 2-3 dk. sonra ocaktan alinir.

Soguk olarak servis edilir.

 

 

Not: Aciyi sevenler icin sivri biber tercih edilir.
