İstanbul Famous Galata Tower Bathed In Pink - Honoring of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October

As part of "Breast Cancer Awareness Month," an awareness campaign launched by the Cancer-Free Life Association continues on Istanbul's iconic landmarks.

As part of this initiative, Galata Tower, one of the city's landmarks, has been painted pink to raise awareness about breast cancer.

The words "1 in every 8 women around you will develop breast cancer" and "Don't be afraid, take control, life is in your hands" were also projected onto the tower's surface.

Citizens who watched the light show with interest took photos in front of the tower with their mobile phones.
