1 1/2 cups sugar<BR>2 eggs<BR>3 to 6 tablespoons cocoa<BR>Pinch of salt<br><br>1/2 cup butter<BR>3/4 cup milk<BR>1 teaspoon vanilla<BR>1 pie shell


Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 325 degrees. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.<br><br>Serve with whipped cream.<br><br>The consistency of the pie will change with the time baked. For a creamy filling, bake around 45 minutes. For a more cake-like filling and crunchier crust, bake for one hour.
