Afganistan'da Taliban, hükümetle varılan takas anlaşması uyarınca 2016'dan beri rehin tuttuğu biri ABD, diğeri Avustralya vatandaşı iki kişiyi serbest bıraktı. Anlaşma kapsamında üç Taliban komutanı da salıverildi.
